Motivation
Reaching your fitness and health goals can be a big challenge.
Sometimes you just need a positive word or two. Sometimes
you need an extra push. And sometimes you need a huge push!
Anything is possible. Believe
in yourself and you will achieve it.
Set realistic goals, train, practice and persevere.
You will achieve.
For us to get the best from our
exercise program, we have to be
doing it for the right reasons. To be the best you can be. No
amount of hard work to impress others is ever going to be as
effective as working hard to impress ourselves.

In my 'Motivation' section, I'll
continually add information to the
various sections to help keep you motivated and at the top of
your game.
And please remember that one of the sections is 'Your
Stories'.
