What really is total health?
How many of us can honestly say "I am totally healthy."
Total health, I believe, is a state in which your body is
functioning to its fullest potential, your mind is strong
and free of stress and self doubt, and your body feels
alive and full of life!
Sounds good, doesn't it!
Sadly it is a state we all might try to reach , but many of
us (me included) are not quite there.
But if you run and exercise daily, eat good wholesome foods,
and learn to relax and enjoy life - you will be on your way to
becoming totally healthy.
This section of my web site focuses on issues that we as
runners face in our pursuit to achieve total health.
Matters that affect both women and men, and how by learning
about our bodies we will be better prepared to be the best we
can possibly be.
